How do I know if I'm eligible for the Self-Guided program?

Self-Guided eligibility requires prior experience with ket.  If that’s you, you can select this option in the application.

What if I'm a returning client?

All returning clients qualify for the discounted rate of $50 per session. 

How fast can I start?

Usually within 5–7 days after completing your intake.

How do I actually take the ket.?

The medicine is taken sublingually — meaning you let it dissolve under your tongue.  You'll receive clear instructions on dosage, timing, and how to prepare your space.  Each session lasts about 60–90 minutes, and you’ll be resting or lying down during the experience.  No needles, no trips to the clinic — everything is done in the privacy and safety of your own home.

Is this legal?

Yes — all prescriptions are issued through licensed medical providers operating in compliance with state and federal law.  You’ll go through a telehealth evaluation with a clinician to confirm that ket. is appropriate and safe for you before anything is prescribed.

Is it safe to do ket. at home?

Yes — you’ll complete a full medical screening and receive preparation and safety guidance.

Will this fix everything?

This isn’t a magic cure. But many people experience significant relief — more peace, more clarity, more breathing room — after just a few sessions.

Do I have to do all 10 sessions to feel relief?

No — many people feel a shift within the first few sessions.  That said, the full program is structured to give you space to not just feel relief, but to stabilize it and learn how to carry it forward.  There’s no rush, and no pressure to complete it on a fixed timeline.

Will I become dependent on ket.?

No — and we’re intentionally designing it that way.  The goal of Total Reset is not to create dependency, but to use ket. as a temporary tool to help your system open, release, and rebuild capacity.  We also teach practices to help you maintain your relief naturally, so this isn’t something you’ll need long-term.

Is this covered by insurance?

Currently, ket. for mental health is not covered by most insurance plans.  That said, some clients use HSA/FSA funds to pay for their care.  If that’s important to you, we can help guide you in checking your options.

What dosage will I be taking?

The dosage is personalized and carefully determined by your prescribing provider based on your health history and individual needs.  Most people who haven't worked with the medicine before begin with a low sublingual dose that allows for a gentle, safe experience — not a “trip.”
